Serve as the escalation point for issues beyond team authority; resolve conflicts involving scheduling, resources, or technical issues. Prepare forecasts and reports of current operations to senior management. May provide input into the budgeting of department's personnel, capital, and/or operations expenses. May require travel within the US and internationally.

Prepare forecasts and reports of current operations to Transformational Leadership The SaaS Operations Manager is responsible for transforming DFIN from traditional service offerings into the next generation of SaaS operations. While continuing to improve efficiency and quality in our legacy operations teams, the manager will lead the effort to operationalize the next iteration of DFIN's SaaS solution from the ground up. This will include envisioning new ways of working in response to evolving client demands. Operations will adapt and scale on an Agile Development cycle as DFIN's new SaaS solutions mature and clients migrate. A primary focus will be on transforming the culture from a traditional full service offering to a culture centered on Software as a Service culture with premium additional services.

Exceptional Communication and Partnership:The SaaS Operations manager must partner closely with stakeholders throughout DFIN and 3rd party vendors to ensure a synchronized client experience. The manager will serve as a focal point for educating DFIN Sales, Service, and Operations about the evolution of operations from traditional services to SaaS. The manager will participate on cross-functional teams to plan future workflows and initiatives.

Metrics and Data Orientation: Building on the existing KPIs in Salesforce and Power BI, the SaaS Operations manager will lead the initiative to automate workflows and operations decisions. The SaaS Operations Manager will expand the use of performance data to maintain a continuous improvement program, innovate solutions for process and system functionality, and drive understanding of client behavior and demand. The SaaS manager will be responsible for projecting needed capacity based on these anticipated changes in functionality, automation, and client demand.

Results Orientation: The SaaS Operations Manager will be responsible for the performance of the AD Document Services network, both domestic and vendors.

Team Development: The SaaS Operations Manager will build a culture of growth and innovation within the team by developing a strong leadership development program and reinforcing the DFIN leadership behaviors.

• 5 years management experience
• Demonstrated history of delivering performance during periods of intense change

Preferred Qualifications

• 7-10 years management experience
• 3 years experience managing SaaS operations
• Demonstrated experience managing the performance of offshore vendors
• Bachelors degree in business, supply chain, organizational behavior, or related fields
