Position Overview:

As a Learning and Development Administrator, your role is crucial in supporting the organization's training and development initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the Learning and Development team and other departments to ensure the successful implementation of learning programs and activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the successful onboarding of new hires
    • Prepare lockers, training checklists, GMP and appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
    • Provide plant tour and review company acronyms to better enhance assimilation
    • Assist supervisor in training assignments for new hires and existing employees
  • Support offboarding of employees
    • Clearing lockers, updating training matrix, archiving files and other tasks related to offboarding.
  • Creation of training materials; SOPs, OPL, Work Instructions, E-Learnings or other training materials.
  • Coordinate schedules for the training of new hires, cross training, certifications, and retraining
  • Coordinate annual training
    • Complete assignments in LMS, provide completion and delinquency metrics, follow up with leadership
    • Assist Compliance, Safety and Quality in assigning and tracking completion of required training)
  • Facilitate live classes
  • Document retention and filing (LMS administration, training files, matrix, sign-offs, etc.).
  • Provide technical support for online learning platforms, virtual classrooms, and other training technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations related to training and development activities.
  • Assist in collecting and analyzing training effectiveness data, including participant feedback and performance metrics.
  • Assist Learning & Development Supervisor in pulling records or other relevant materials.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a Food Manufacturing environment.
  • The ability to read, write, speak, and understand English is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with learning management systems or other training technologies.
  • Strong one-on-one communication skills. Demonstrated ability to meet the information needs of the team through regular and effective communication and follow-up.
  • Able to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent training skills and ability to provide direction effectively to others.
  • Very strong administrative, prioritization, and planning skills.
  • Positive, respectful, high energy, team-focused, and motivating style with the team and across functions.
  • Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to effectively troubleshoot a variety of issues (assess a situation, identify the cause, and determine potential solutions).
  • High school diploma/GED required; post-secondary education preferred.
  • Preferred Bilingual- Hmong/ Spanish (NOT REQUIRED)

Compensation and Location: We offer a competitive compensation package and benefits package for full-time associates. This position is onsite at our Little Chute, WI facility Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm.
