Job Description

GCBHS has an immediate opening for a SUD Clinical Supervisor to supervise our Addiction Counseling Team.  Our Addictions Counselors and Diagnosticians work with adults, adolescents, and families.  This is a full-time job and eligible for a full benefits package!  We offer excellent benefits like Tuition Assistance, Student Loan Forgiveness, Practicums/License Supervision, Continuing Education, Mental/Dental/Vision/Life/Disability, and Retirement with Company Match.

The ideal candidate will have a Ohio LSW or LPC.  Experience working with individuals in substance use disorder and/or mental health treatment and demonstrated supervisory skills.  We offer free continuing education credits to maintain your license, licensure supervision, and tuition assistance benefits to help our staff grow.

Position Responsibilities for SUD Clinical Supervisor:   
  • Coordinates team activities with Director.
  • Provides supervision to team of Open Access Diagnosticians: hiring, training, performance management.
  • Provides diagnostic assessments to substance use disorder clients.
Position Requirements for SUD Clinical Supervisor:
  • Ohio LSW or LPC required.
  • Ohio LISW or LPCC preferred.
  • Experience working with individuals with mental illness and/or substance use disorder.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
